Developer relations, to me, is the moment a builder stops reading the docs and starts shipping. My job is to make that moment come sooner.
How a builder finds Sui.

A talk, a meetup, a SuiHub open night. My job is to make someone curious enough to open a terminal.
A workshop or a 1:1 session. My job is to get them from a blank file to a deployed Move module without losing them.
A hackathon weekend or a launch. My job is to unblock them, review the code, and make sure the demo works when it matters.

Forty-eight hours. I run the kickoff, then spend the weekend at the tables: unblocking teams, reviewing Move code, and keeping the energy up until demos.
The open door.
SuiHub Athens keeps its door open, and many of the people who walk in have never touched a blockchain. I run the workshops and the 1:1 sessions, and I start from wherever they are.
